Step 1: Facilities select the VB on your FSLM dashboard after you purchase a vFSLM.
The verifying body will receive the notification and assign the verifier for the verification to a facility on SLCP Gateway.
Step 2: Verifying body account owner/admin accepts the sharing request on Higg.org in the FSLM "Verification Received" section on their FSLM module page.
Step 3: Assigned verifier logs in to Higg platform and access the FSLM "My Verification" section on their FSLM module page.
Step 4: To start the verification process, the verifier must click “Begin verification” button in the vFSLM.
Step 5: The verifier completed the verification process on the Higg platform. For full guidance, click here.
Step 6: Once the verification is complete (100% of completion rate for verification), the verifier can submit the vFSLM for facility review. The status will be changed from VRP to VRC (Verification Complete).
Step 7: The facility reviews the vFSLM and finalizes it to VRF (Verification Finalized) if they don't have any disagreement on the verification result. Then they can post the final module. Please note that they have 14 days to finalize the vFSLM. Otherwise, the vFSLM status will be changed to VRF from VRC automatically after 14 days.
