When can I ask for the verified assessment report from my supplier?
Once the assessment process is completed and a facility's assessment status turns to VRF, your supplier can share the verified assessment report with their business partners. Note that it is the facility's decision with whom and when they share their verified assessment reports. They may choose not to share their verified data.
Do I need a login on the Gateway to see a verified assessment report?
The Gateway is designed for facilities and Verifier Bodies/Verifiers; brands do not need a Gateway account. If a brand wants to view the verified data of the facilities who they work with, they will need to ask the facilities to share the verified data with them. Then, depending on how the facility shares the verified data, the brand may receive an exported report or a link to Gateway. Either way, the brand does not need a login on the Gateway.
How can I access the shared verified assessment report?
The facility can share their verified assessments via the Gateway, email or the Accredited Hosts (AHs).
On the Gateway, your supplier can export their verified assessment to a PDF or Excel document (or both) and send the documents to you.
If a facility chooses to “Share via email” with you on the Gateway, you will receive an email with a link to access the verified assessment report.
Once a facility grants you permission on an Accredited Host(s), you can view the verified assessment report via the AH(s). You will receive a token/link to access the report. The AH(s) may offer additional services, e.g. calculate a facility score based on the raw data in the verified assessment report or, compare it to your company’s code of conduct.
