This article explains what the SLCP verified assessment report is, what information it contains, and how you can download a sample report to review its structure.
What is the SLCP report?
The SLCP report is a verified record of facility’s social and labor data. Instead, the data found in the SLCP report can be used to evaluate against other standard and relevant documents, such as a brand’s Code of Conduct (CoC). The report does not contain any scoring, nor does it provide a certification or a Corrective Action Plan (CAP).
The report is a shared resource. Facilities own their data and can choose to share their verified report with brands, Accredited Hosts (AHs), or other parties through the SLCP Gateway. This reduces the need for multiple audits across different brands or standards, which is the core purpose of the SLCP convergence model.

We update the sample report when there are significant changes to the CAF or the report format. We recommend checking the Support Library periodically for the most current version.
