- Using the SLCP Data Acceptance List
- Sharing your SLCP assessment to influence unlisted brands
- Resolving challenges with brand acceptance
The SLCP Data Acceptance List plays a critical role in strengthening industry collaboration and ensuring consistent recognition of credible and actionable data. By referencing and sharing this resource, you can encourage broader adoption of SLCP data, minimize assessment duplication, and drive alignment across diverse brand partners.
Using the SLCP Data Acceptance List
The SLCP Data Acceptance List includes all brands, retailers, and organizations that officially accept SLCP data in place of proprietary or third-party social and labor assessments. We regularly update this list as our network grows.
You can consult the up-to-date acceptance list to verify specific criteria, including:
- Country and Region: Verify if a brand accepts SLCP data from your specific location.
- Facility Tier: Check whether a brand recognizes SLCP data for your facility's operational tier.
- Step Selection: Identify which specific Step of the Converged Assessment Framework (CAF) the brand accepts.
Sharing your SLCP assessment to influence unlisted brands
Once you confirm the criteria a brand accepts, you can share your SLCP report directly with them. For step-by-step instructions on this process, please see our dedicated data-sharing guide.
If your customer does not appear on the SLCP Data Acceptance List, we recommend reaching out to them directly to clarify their supply chain compliance rules. Sharing your successful SLCP experience can help encourage unlisted brands to join the program and adopt converged assessments.
Resolving challenges with brand acceptance
If a customer appears on the official acceptance list but declines your SLCP assessment, please take the following actions:
- Re-check the criteria: Double-check the SLCP Data Acceptance List to ensure your facility fully matches the brand's requirements regarding country, region, and facility tier.
- Report to the SLCP Helpdesk: If you meet all published criteria but the brand still declines your data, please report the issue to us through the SLCP Helpdesk. You can also reach out to our team via email at info@slconvergence.org.
We will follow-up to discuss this further with the brand in question and help resolve any issues with accepting SLCP data.
