The final verified assessment report accurately reflects a facility's social and labor conditions. It does not contain any scoring, nor does it provide certification or a Corrective Action Plan (CAP). You will find raw data that you can use to evaluate compliance against a Code of Conduct (CoC) or other standard.
Download an example of a verified assessment report here. Consult the Reader Guide for guidance on how to read the file.
For more information about how to interpret SLCP data and use it to evaluate compliance against a specific standard, please see our webinar.
Note that a verified assessment report is final and cannot be changed. It is safely stored on the Gateway from where a facility can choose to share it with their business partners.
