Data Quality & Integrity: What is the Stakeholder QA Program?
The Stakeholder Quality Assurance (QA) Program is a collaborative initiative aimed at enhancing the Social Labor Convergence Program’s (SLCP) data quality and integrity through active engagement and feedback from end-users. As part of the program, end-users are offered multiple avenues to share feedback, review standardized reports, and conduct onsite QA activities like Shadow Verifications.
By leveraging the data collected through these mechanisms, the program aims to expand the scope of SLCP QA activities and improve the overall SLCP QA system.
What are the benefits of joining the Stakeholder QA Program?
- Pre-engagement support: Tailored guidance on how to best utilize your QA data, such as analysis of existing formats in use and assistance with creating customized templates.
- Explanation of complaint processes: Clear guidance on how to raise and file complaints within the SLCP system.
- Customized monitoring tools :Access to customized dashboards that provide full transparency on the outcomes of complaint investigations.
- Best practice sharing :Opportunities to engage with and learn from other stakeholders
- Become a “Program Ambassador”: The possibility to become a “Program Ambassador” and share your QA best practices with the wider SLCP community through case studies, videos, or other formats.
What is expected of Stakeholders in practice?
All members are expected to:
- Sign the Commitment Chart, which outlines mutual responsibilities and expectations.
- Support identification of data quality issues and integrity concerns through ongoing data sharing based on the outcomes of their internal SLCP data review processes.
- Choose their preferred method of data sharing: Submit ad hoc feedback through the SLCP complaint form and/or through the Standardized Data Review
- Conduct a minimum of one on-site Shadow Verification (however, we encourage members to conduct as many as their resources allow).
How can you join the Stakeholder QA Program?
A stakeholder can express interest by contacting SLCP’s Data Quality & Integrity team directly. The team will then schedule an introductory meeting to discuss participation.
