In this support article you will find information about how to use SLCP's Support library and get support when you need it.
We organized our Helpdesk to provide easy access to to relevant information to our main customer groups: facilities, brands, Verifier Bodies/Verifiers and Training Bodies/Trainers. Our main goal is to provide you with a comprehensive support library that holds all information you may need regardless of your group and how you participate in the SLCP process
Support library language options
Most of our support resources are available in multiple languages (English, Chinese-Mandarin, Turkish and Vietnamese). On any page in the Helpdesk library, you can switch the language using the drop-down language menu located in the top and bottom right corners in case you would like to see content in one of these languages.
Using the search function
To help you locate information faster, our Helpdesk library also has a search function. You can insert keywords such as “Accredited Hosts”, “costs”, “select a Verifier” in the search bar and related support resources will be offered to you.
In addition to that, our Support library also offers a smart search tool, which uses an AI tool to produce a summary based on the information available in support resources. The search field is available from any support resource on our library. Depending on the keywords used to search the library, Quick answer will include a short summary of knowledge available on the concept and offer articles where this concept is discussed.
