As stated in the Verification Protocol, you can only verify facility data in an assessment that has been completed in the past two months. If facility data is older, you need to go back to the facility and advise them to:
- Request their Accredited Host (AH) to re-open the self-/joint-assessment, update their answers in the Tool, change the answer to question FB-BAS-26 in the Facility Profile section & re-submit their data. Note: for FFC only: the facility can also contact the SLCP Helpdesk to re-open their assessment
- Start a new assessment and submit that data for verification.
Make sure you check the facility data submission date (answer to question FB-BAS-26) before starting/scheduling the verification to ensure accurateness of data.
Note: the facility is prohibited from changing the data after the onsite verification has started.
