When should I raise a Helpdesk ticket?
If you have questions about anything regarding SLCP, the assessment or verification process, please raise a ticket on the Helpdesk.
The SLCP team monitor these tickets and will respond in a timely manner.
How can I give feedback on the verification process, or raise a complaint about VB, Verifier or facility behavior?
Use this form to lodge your feedback on any of the following topics:
- SLCP data quality
- SLCP verification process
- Unethical Verifier/VB behavior
- Unethical facility behavior
- Complaints about transparency
- Technology, communication or other issues
Outline your concerns, including any evidence if possible.
If you are a viewer of an SLCP assessment report, such as a brand, and you have feedback on a specific assessment, you can also use this same form to report your concerns.
The Verification Oversight Organization handles complaints related to the verification process, and will involve SLCP where necessary. The timeline will vary depending on the nature of the verification feedback raised and can take up to 2-3 months to fully reach an outcome.
Note: This form is not for raising a dispute regarding the verification results. If you are a facility and looking to dispute the SLCP report or verification, please follow the appropriate steps on your Accredited Host platform.

How do I report an SLCP Signatory for not upholding the Signatory Charter?
SLCP Signatories must uphold a set of commitments listed in the SLCP Signatory Charter. If you believe an SLCP Signatory is not upholding the Signatory Charter, please email info@slconvergence.org, clearly outlining your concerns.
SLCP will investigate the complaint and contact the Signatory.
