We send several automated emails, for example after your registration on the Gateway or on the e-learning platform. For various reasons, your email server may block the email. If so, you do not receive the system generated emails. In such cases, please check your spam/junk folder to find out if the email went there.
To avoid issues, we recommend that you add these email addresses to your trusted sender list:
