Individual Verifier Quality Scores are monitored by the Verification Oversight Organization (VOO). Each Verifier is Given a score between 0 and 5. Read more about SLCP's Scoring model here.

- Brand/report user feedback

Currently, VB and Verifier scores are shared with VBs through a custom VB dashboard. VB scores will be public on the Active VB List from 1 January 2026.
