Better Work partner brands nominate suppliers to be enrolled in the Better Work program. Better Work and SLCP collaborate currently in 10 countries, but that collaboration looks different depending on the country in which facilities are located.
In Bangladesh, Indonesia, Vietnam and Pakistan, Better Work facilities can share the data from their Better Work assessment with the SLCP Gateway (and from there share further to Accredited Hosts and end-users). Brands can inform the suppliers that they nominate to enroll in Better Work in these countries about SLCP.
We recommend sharing the following information about SLCP to help onboard the suppliers in these countries:

- Provide information about which Step of the Data Collection Tool in the Converged Assessment Framework (CAF) the facility would need to complete. More information about the Steps can be found in this article and on SLCP data Acceptance list page.
Facilities in Jordan (Better Work program currently paused), Madagascar and Sri Lanka can complete an SLCP assessment via an SLCP Accredited Host and share their SLCP assessment data with the SLCP Gateway since the Better Work program in these countries does not include factory assessments.
Better Work facilities in Egypt and Cambodia will need to complete Better Work assessments. In these countries the option to share assessment data through the SLCP Gateway is not yet available. If the facilities in these countries do not participate in Better Work or are exempt from the Better Work program, they will be able to complete an SLCP assessment.
