As stated in the Verification Protocol, a Verifier can only verify facility data in an assessment that has been completed in the past two months. If your data is older, you need to:
- Re-open your assessment on your Accredited Host (AH) platform, update your answers in the Tool, change the answer to question FB-BAS-26 in the Facility Profile section and re-submit your data.
- Start a new assessment and submit that data for verification.
- To re-open on FFC you can contact the SLCP Helpdesk and provide us with your facility name, Gateway profile ID and assessment ID; for all other Accredited Hosts: contact them directly.
- You are prohibited from changing the data after the onsite verification has started.
