Tổ chức đào tạo và chuyên viên đào tạo: vai trò của họ là gì? Họ là ai?

Chuyên viên đào tạo là người được chấp thuận để tiến hành đào tạo SLCP. Chuyên viên đào tạo cung cấp hướng dẫn cần thiết cho những người sử dụng SLCP quan tâm đến chương trình hoặc những người đã tham gia quá trình đánh giá SLCP.

Tổ chức Đào tạo (TB) là một tổ chức được phê duyệt để đào tạo người sử dụng SLCP. Tất cả các Chuyên viên đào tạo phải làm việc cho một Tổ chức đào tạo. TB chịu trách nhiệm về:

• Đảm bảo chất lượng và tính minh bạch của các khóa đào tạo SLCP tiến hành bởi Chuyên viên đào tạo của họ

• Đào tạo Chuyên viên đào tạo về SLCP, các kiến thức về kỹ thuật và xã hội cần thiết để đào tạo, và tính minh bạch

• Hỗ trợ Chuyên viên đào tạo khi họ tiến hành đào tạo SLCP.
