Summary: In this article, we will explain how multiple users can access the same facility profile and how this can be managed through the SLCP Gateway.
In the SLCP Gateway profile, each facility has the option to add multiple users to access the facility profile. We’ve introduced this feature to make it easier for multiple users on the facility side to access information in the profile, as well as manage accounts.
Inviting new users to a facility Gateway account
Each facility has a profile on the Gateway. Multiple people working for that facility can have access to the facility profile, using their own email address. The person who has created the facility profile, can invite their colleagues and they can then access their facility profile.
To invite a new user from your organization to join, follow the steps below:
1. Log in to your facility profile on the Gateway
2. Click on profile, it will show you the option of Users.
3. Click on the Users, it will give you the option of Invite user.
4. Click on the Invite user, add email ID, first name, last name and invitation email language.
5. After that, click on the button of ‘Invite’
6. The invited person will receive the email with a link to confirm their profile.
7. The new person will be added to the facility profile and they will have access to the Gateway information with their own email ID.
Important: Please keep in mind that this option there for you to invite multiple users from your facility to access the Gateway profile.
