On this page, you can find a brief overview of the SLCP assessment process. The overview is intended to help facilities understand the steps needed to successfully undertake this process, from preparation to the finalized assessment report.
Overview of SLCP assessment process
Step 1: E-learning
Register on the e-learning platform and enroll in the Facility Course. Complete e-learning modules (3 out of 7 modules are mandatory).
Step 2: Gateway Registration
Register on the Gateway, set up facility profile & request approval. Ensure the languages spoken at your facility are correctly listed on the Gateway! This impacts which Verifier Bodies are eligible to do your verification. Once approved, get your Gateway ID & connect to the Accredited Host platform.

Step 3: Start your assessment
Start your self or joint assessment. Meanwhile, contact Verifier Bodies on your VB list for quotes and availability.

Step 4: Complete your assessment and verification
Once your assessment is completed, submit your assessment on the Accredited Host.
Coordinate with your chosen Verifier Body to carry out your verification. The verified report will be added to the Accredited Host by the Verifier when completed.

Step 5: Share your assessment
Review the report on the Accredited Host and change its status to “accepted” to finalize it. Share your assessment through the SLCP Gateway with your buyers.
