Here we outline the 'Policies' pillar of our Data Quality and Integrity Program. SLCP has robust systems and protocols to ensure that VBs and Verifiers are aware of SLCP standards and processes and are equipped to provide high quality reports.
VB Terms of Use
The Terms of Use are a binding agreement between VBs and SLCP. It defines the terms, conditions, requirements for VBs and associated Verifiers to obtain and maintain SLCP-approval to perform verifications.

Verification protocol v1.7
The Verification Protocol contains the procedures, rules and process requirements for conducting an SLCP verification.
Verifier Guidance v1.7
The Guidance accompanies the Verification Protocol with more details on how to verify a facility’s answers to questions in the Data Collection Tool and how to write the report.
QA Manual
The Quality Assurance (QA) Manual explains SLCP’s approach to data quality and integrity and provides details on all Quality Assurance activities at SLCP. It describes the process to investigate data quality mistakes, unethical behavior cases and related consequences for VBs, Verifiers, and facilities, among others.
VB Requirements
SLCP Verifier Bodies (VBs) and Verifiers must meet requirements to maintain their approved status and conduct SLCP verifications.
CAF Terms of Use
Outlines the legal rules, responsibilities, and limitations for all stakeholders using the CAF, ensuring proper, ethical, and secure use of the CAF and the data it generates.

SLCP's list of active VBs: A table showing all active VBs who have at least one SLCP-approved Verifier. Facilities can use the filters to find a VBs contact information, compare quality scores and risk levels, check countries or regions of operation, confirm a VBs APSCA status, and more.
