The Data Collection Tool collects data on nine (9) sections that cover all key compliance topics.
A facility can choose to complete Step 1, 2 or 3 in the Tool:
- Step 1 covers questions on all social compliance topics (1-7) focused on National Labor Laws (NLL) and International Labor Standards (ILS).
- Step 2 covers questions on all social compliance topics (1-7), including the ones often found in brands' Codes of Conduct. Also, management system questions (8) are included.
- Step 3 covers all Tool topics (1-9), including ones on best practices in workplace well-being and community outreach.
