In an SLCP verification, an SLCP approved Verifier verifies a specific facility’s answers to the questions in the Data Collection Tool. On a high-level, a verification consists of:
- Off-site documents review (optional)
- On-site verification (mandatory)
- Complete and submit verification findings on an AH platform (mandatory)
The rules for each step can be found in the Verification Protocol. The Verifier Guidance helps the Verifier to answer the questions in the Data Collection Tool. As part of the selection process, aspiring Verifiers need to study both documents, which are available for download in the Verification and Data Quality.
