If you have a general complaint related to SLCP, its staff or its process or system, please file your complaint through the SLCP website.
Note: This complaints process is different from the dispute process related to a specific verification. If a facility has concerns about Verifier conduct or about the way Verification Protocol has been applied, they should follow the formal dispute process available through the Accredited Host platform in the 30 calendar days after the verified assessment report is uploaded by the Verifier.
