You can easily request a re-set of your password on the Gateway.
Fill in the email address associated with the Facility Profile and press "Forgot your password"
An email will be sent to you. Please check your inbox and follow the instructions.
You can invite a colleague to also have access to the Facility Profile on the Gateway to maintain access after a person leaves the company.
If you do not remember the email address linked to the profile or do not have access to the email anymore, send a request to our Helpdesk. In the request, include Facility ID, the name of the facility and the email address if you know it. We can identify the email address and send you a password reset link when needed.
