We organized our Helpdesk to provide easy access to our main user groups: facilities, brands and Verifier Bodies/Verifiers. In your section you will find FAQs to follow the SLCP assessment process, from the start of an assessment to the sharing of a verified assessment. You can use the side bar for easy navigation.
The FAQs are available in multiple languages. On any page, you can switch the language by clicking on the drop-down language menu (the bottom right).
To help you locate information faster, Helpdesk offers a search function. You can insert keywords such as “Accredited Hosts”, “costs”, “select a Verifier” in the search bar and related FAQs will show. Note that the attachments cannot be located via the search function.
