Once the assessment process is completed, your supplier has a verified assessment report to share. Check this FAQ to understand how you can know if your supplier has data to share. Note that it is the facility's decision with whom and when they share their verified assessment reports. They may choose not to share their verified data.
A facility can share their verified assessments via the Gateway, email or the Accredited Hosts (AHs).
1. Share via Gateway: On the Gateway, your supplier can export their verified assessment to a PDF or Excel document (or both) and send the documents to you.
2. Share via Email: If a facility chooses to “Share via email” with you on the Gateway, you will receive an email with a link to access the verified assessment report.
3. Share via Accredited Host (AH): Once a facility grants you permission on an Accredited Host(s), you can view the verified assessment report via the AH(s). You will receive a token/link to access the report. The AH(s) may offer additional services, e.g., calculate a facility score based on the raw data in the verified assessment report or compare it to your company’s code of conduct.
4. Share to you as a Brand Host: You receive the verified data directly from the Gateway into your system, where you manage your social compliance program.
Note that you do not need a Gateway profile to access data. You would need a profile on an AH to access data there.
