Why the review period matters
The review period is an important part of the SLCP assessment process to ensure:
- Accuracy & Ownership: This review is your opportunity to ensure that data reflects reality and control for any potential mistakes or misunderstandings that may have occurred during verification.
- Timeline: It is important that you review your SLCP report within 30 calendar days from the day that the Verifier has uploaded it. While it is possible to accept the report even after this period, it will not be possible to dispute, or requests edit to the report in case issues are observed during the verification or within the report itself
Once a report is finalized and achieves VRF (Verification Finalized) status, it cannot be changed. Our process is built on transparency, so it’s important that you take the necessary time to review your assessment report once it’s finalized.

Finalizing the SLCP Report
We strongly recommend using the closing meeting on the last day of your verification to discuss any objections to the verification outcome directly with your Verifier. Using this opportunity will be the most efficient way to address or raise any concerns you may have about the outcomes of the verification report. After this, the verifier will submit the Verified Assessment Report for your review on the Active Accredited Host (AAH) platform.
After the Verifier has completed the report, the status of the assessment will be VRC (Verification Completed). From this point, you will have to take action to read your report and take appropriate action no later than 30 calendar days after this date. You can take one of the following actions during this time:
- Accept the report if the data is accurate and you agree with Verifier findings. The status of the assessment will change to Verification Finalized (VRF)
- Request edits, if you observed factual errors (i.e. typos) that require correcting or to resolve any potential questions regarding how specific questions in the Tool were verified. The Verifier will have the opportunity to edit the report, and the status during this period will be Verification being Edited (VRE)
- Dispute the report, in case you observed any quality issues with you verification, for example due to behavior of the Verifier or procedural issues. This will initiate review of the complaint by the Verifier Oversight Organization (VOO)
After the 30-day period has passed, it will not be possible to take any other action but to accept the SLCP report. For more detailed information on how to manage this on your Active Accredited Host platform visit Worldly’s support pages.
Once the report has been accepted and it is in the VRF status, it is ready to be shared with your customers and other interested parties. You can visit this section to find out more about sharing SLCP verified reports.
